Most approaches to nutrition and fitness dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, endless workouts, calories in vs. calories out. Instead of creating lists of restrictions, good and bad foods, and body crushing workouts, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and in line with their values.
